PRIVACY POLICY

At DRUG TESTING CUP, the protection of your privacy is our top priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times and in all situations. The information we collect about you when you become a member is used to process your orders and to provide you with a more personalized experience on our website. Our website uses a 128-bit encrypted SSL connection to enhance the security of our customers’ information. Nevertheless, we, DRUG TESTING CUP, cannot guarantee complete security for stored information. However, we have installed encrypted pages and an SSL certificate to prevent the theft of information.

How do we use the collected information?

When you become a member of DRUG TESTING CUP, we ask you to fill out a form providing your name, address, email address, as well as some demographic information such as gender and date of birth.

DRUG TESTING CUP will NOT share data with trusted partners to conduct statistical analyses.

Your name and address data will be used exclusively for processing orders, unless you have previously given your consent. Without your consent, this information will NEVER be sold, shared, rented, or transferred to third parties for purposes other than order processing.

Your demographic information (gender, date of birth, etc.) is used for security reasons to ensure that you are the person you claim to be, and that you are paying with your own credit card and not someone using a stolen credit card.

Refer-a-Friend Program

If you use our referral service to inform a friend about our website, we ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit our website. DRUG TESTING CUP does not store this information and uses it solely for sending this one-time email.

Our use of log files

When you visit our website, we automatically log your IP address, browser type, and access times. We use this information to evaluate the performance of the website, to see where our visitors come from, and to track clickstream data (the pages our users visit on our website). This data helps us determine which content our members find most appealing in order to optimize your experience on the website. Log files are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Website security

All DRUG TESTING CUP employees take your personal data very seriously. All employees must be familiar with and comply with our security policies. Access to personal member data is restricted to key management personnel and our member service department. The information is protected by ID and password, and our web security is reviewed monthly. In addition, we have equipped our website with 128-bit SSL encryption.

Correction/Update of your personal data

Once you have become a subscriber to DRUG TESTING CUP, you can correct or update your personal data by clicking on the “Login” link at the top of every page, entering your ID, password, and date of birth, and clicking the “Edit Information” button. The changes made are immediately applied to our databases. If you wish to deactivate your account, you can contact our member service department via the “Login” or “Contact” section.

Links to other websites

This website contains links to other websites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you leave the DRUG TESTING CUP website and enter another website. These websites may independently collect or request information about you, and we recommend that you read the privacy policies of those linked websites, as they may differ from ours.

Communication

From time to time, we may send email messages to inform you that products are available, to remind you to submit feedback, or to send you promotional offers. In addition, you will receive communications from us, 1) when you contact us for a specific reason, 2) to receive your orders, or 3) when we need to contact you for administrative reasons, e.g., if you have won a contest. Administrative emails do not contain advertising materials. If you subscribe to our newsletter, it contains promotional materials from DRUG TESTING CUP.

Legal notice

Although we do everything we can to protect user privacy, we may disclose personal data if required by law and we in good faith believe that such action is necessary to comply with a current court order, court ruling, or legal process served on our website.

Supplement

We may correct or supplement your address data with standardized postal representations to ensure that your orders are delivered. We do this to ensure that our members receive their orders and to reduce the costs of our programs.

Contests

Occasionally, we hold contests on our website. Sometimes contests are sponsored by our customers. To participate in these contests, you only need to enter your ID, password, and your tip. At the time of participation, you can decide whether your first name and state should be published on our website if you win. The names of the winners will NEVER be shared with our customers without their consent.

Our use of cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer’s hard drive and identify you on your visit. The ability to select samples on our website is not cookie-dependent. We may use session cookies to provide a seamless experience on the website and combine them with our log files to understand website traffic and analyze our demographic information in aggregate form. If you have set your browser to reject cookies, our website will not recognize you upon entry, and you will need to manually enter your ID and password.
