1.General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with consumer protection regulations, based on Croatian law and international codes for online and electronic commerce.

The online store www.drugtestingcup.eu is operated by MediTest Cup d.o.o., a limited liability company with its registered office at Ivana Gundulića 13, Nova Gradiška, Croatia, OIB: 31337938632 (VAT payer), registration number: 030315492 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”). The company is registered with the Commercial Court in Osijek – Permanent Service in Slavonski Brod (G47910) and has been operating since 24.02.2026.

When purchasing on the website www.drugtestingcup.eu, the buyer is purchasing from a Croatian online store that operates in accordance with European legislation, which may not necessarily be identical to the national legislation of the country into which the website has been translated. The translated version of the online store serves only for better customer information, while all business activities remain governed by Croatian and EU legislation.

All purchases are made in Croatia, from where the goods are shipped and the invoice is issued. By making a purchase, the buyer accepts the terms of business valid in Croatia, regardless of the country from which they access the online store or to which the goods are delivered.

2.Availability of Information

The Seller undertakes to always provide the user with the following information:

– identification data of the Seller (company name, registered office, and registration number);
– contact details enabling the user to communicate quickly and efficiently with the Seller (email address, telephone number, etc.);
– information on the essential characteristics of the products or services offered in the online store, including after-sales services and warranties;
– information on the availability of products or services;
– terms and conditions of delivery, in particular the place and time of delivery;
– information on payment methods;
– information on the validity period of the offer in the online store;
– information on the period within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal;
– information on the possibility of returning products and whether and to what extent the user bears the costs of return;
– information on the complaint procedure and contact details of the person responsible for customer relations.

3.Product Offer, Delivery Time and Collection

Due to the nature of internet trading, the product offer in the online store changes and is updated frequently and rapidly.

The delivery time for products in stock is 1 to 3 working days for delivery addresses in Croatia via GLS and DPD courier services.

4.Payment Methods

You can pay for ordered products in several ways (the payment method must be selected at checkout when entering delivery details):

– Payment by credit card
– Payment via PayPal

Personal collection and direct purchase at sales points in Croatia are not possible.

5.Purchase Procedure

Selecting Products
Registration is not required to shop in our online store. Next to each product on the website there is an “Add to Cart” button. Clicking this button adds the product to the cart.

Removing Products
If the buyer wishes to remove a specific product from the cart, they must click the “Remove” link located in the upper right corner of the website.

Submitting an Order
The buyer submits the order by clicking the “Checkout” button on the right and entering all required data in the form (first name, last name, address, telephone number, email). The buyer finalizes the order by clicking the “Send Order” button. If the order is successfully received, the buyer will receive a confirmation email.

6.Sales Contract

The Seller issues a written invoice to the user who has purchased a product in the online store, clearly stating all costs and providing an explanation of the right to withdraw from the purchase with return of the purchased product if applicable and possible. The sales contract is in the form of an electronic order form stored on the Manager’s server and is available to the user (buyer) at any time in their user profile. The sales contract is concluded in the Croatian language.

The sales contract between the Seller and the user (buyer) is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order. From that moment on, all prices and other purchase conditions are fixed and binding for both the Seller and the user (buyer).

7.Right of Withdrawal, Product Return, and Complaints

The user (buyer) has the right, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the ordered products, to notify the Seller by email to info@drugtestingcup.eu that they are withdrawing from the sales contract, without having to state the reason for their decision. Returning the purchased products to the Seller within the withdrawal period is considered notification of withdrawal. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery. The buyer bears the cost of postage.

The purchased products must be returned to the Seller no later than 14 days from the day the notification of withdrawal is sent. The products must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and in unchanged quantity, unless the products have been destroyed, damaged, lost or reduced in quantity through no fault of the user (buyer). If the package in which the user (buyer) received the ordered products is physically damaged, if content is missing, or if there are visible signs of opening, the user (buyer) must initiate a complaint procedure with the courier service that delivered the package. The right of return does not apply to software, audio and video media, or if the user (buyer) has broken the security seal.

For returned products, the Seller shall, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notification, refund the amount paid for the product or used gift voucher. Promotional codes, bonuses and other discounts already used are not refunded. The Seller makes the refund to the buyer’s personal or transaction account. A used gift voucher is refunded in the form of a bonus.

In the case of a bank refund to the buyer’s transaction account, the buyer bears any bank fees.

8.Material Defects or Hidden Defects

The buyer must notify the Seller and provide a detailed description of the defect, along with the complaint form, to info@drugtestingcup.eu. The buyer must allow the Seller to inspect the product with the material or hidden defect. If the defect is not disputed, the Seller shall replace the product or refund the money to the buyer no later than 14 days from receipt of the complaint. If the Seller does not agree with the existence of a material defect or if there is a dispute, the Seller must submit a written objection to the buyer within the same period.

The Seller will ensure that all products subject to a complaint are replaced or that a refund is issued to the bank account. Nevertheless, the Seller reserves the right to reject the complaint if:

– the returned goods have been damaged by the buyer,
– the returned goods do not have a security seal or are not in their original packaging,
– the Seller determines that the product has been damaged or rendered unusable as a result of the buyer’s improper use.

A consumer may exercise rights arising from a material defect if they notify the seller of the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered.

9.Delivery

Delivery of products is carried out via GLS and DPD courier services. According to this price list, delivery is possible only to addresses within the Republic of Croatia. Products will be delivered within 1 to 5 working days from the submission of the order.

If you choose GLS delivery, you can select delivery to your address or to GLS pickup points (parcel lockers and parcel shops).

10.Privacy Policy

By making a purchase, the buyer consents to occasional notifications about company news via email or SMS.
The company will store consumer data until cancellation. The buyer may access the contract by contacting the provider. If the buyer orders a free e-book on our website, we reserve the right to keep their email address for sending newsletters.

11.User Reviews and Product Ratings

Opinions, comments and product ratings submitted by users or visitors are part of the functionality of the online store and are intended for the user community.

The Seller and the Manager are not responsible for the content of opinions, comments and product ratings submitted by users or visitors. The Manager reviews opinions, comments and ratings before publication and rejects those that contain obvious falsehoods or misconceptions, are offensive, rude, or, in the Manager’s opinion, do not provide benefit to other users or visitors of the online store. The Seller and the Manager are not responsible for the information in the opinions, comments and ratings and assume no liability arising from such information.

By submitting an opinion, comment or rating, the user or visitor expressly agrees to the terms of use and grants the Manager permission to publish part or all of the text in all electronic and other media. The Manager has the right to use the content of opinions, comments or ratings without time limitation and for any purpose in the Manager’s business interest, including publication in advertisements or other marketing communications. The author of the opinion, comment or rating also declares and guarantees that they are the owner of the material and moral copyrights to the written opinions, comments or ratings and that they transfer these rights to the Manager free of charge, non-exclusively and without time limitation.

12.Liability

The Seller will make every effort to ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the data published in the online store; however, product characteristics, delivery times or prices may change so quickly that the Manager may not be able to correct the published data in time. In such cases, the Manager or Seller will notify the user (buyer) of the changes and allow them to cancel the order or change it (see point 5).

Although the Seller strives to provide detailed photographs of the products for sale, all photographs should be understood as symbolic. Photographs do not guarantee the properties of the products.

Products are shipped from Croatia. Since registration of food supplements for other EU markets is not mandatory, each individual company is responsible for all necessary documentation required for further sale of MediTest Cup d.o.o. products.

13.Disclaimer

The information about products and other advice on this website is not a substitute for appropriate medical assistance in case of health problems and is not medically recognized for disease prevention. The products and claims about individual products on this online store have not been evaluated by state institutions and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent diseases. The information is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for advice from your doctor or other healthcare professional.

drugtestingcup.eu guarantees the quality of its articles. In the event of deviation from the specified specification or defect, we undertake to replace the product for you, and all replacement costs shall be borne by drugtestingcup.eu. The product must be returned in its original packaging with the invoice.

To avoid misunderstandings, upon delivery it is the duty of both the Seller and the Buyer to inspect the product and point out any mechanical damage, in which case the product will be replaced.

The warranty does not apply in the event of a defect caused by improper use.

14.Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions

The Seller may, in the event of changes to regulations governing the operation of online stores, data protection and other areas related to the operation of the Manager’s online store, or in the event of changes to its own business policy, amend and/or supplement these General Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of such changes in an appropriate manner, particularly via the website www.drugtestingcup.eu. Any amendments and/or supplements to the General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force and apply after a period of eight days from the date of publication. If the amendment is necessary for compliance with regulations, such changes may exceptionally enter into force within a shorter period.

A user who does not agree with the amendments and/or supplements to these General Terms and Conditions must cancel their registration within eight days from the publication of the notice. Otherwise, after the expiry of this period, it is considered (and cannot be proven otherwise) that the user accepts the amendments and/or supplements. Cancellation of registration is carried out by sending a written statement to the email address info@drugtestingcup.eu.
