Instructions for the 15 Panel Drug Test
Make sure to follow these few simple steps when using the 15-panel drug test.
- Open:
Keep the test device at temperatures between 36 and 78 °F (2–26 °C). When correct, carefully remove the cup from the packaging. - Collect:
Add urine to the open cup only when you are ready to test; otherwise keep it closed. - Check:
Once urine is in the cup, the temperature strips should show 90 to 100 °F (32–38 °C). - Wait:
After adding urine and closing the cup, wait at least 5 minutes. Checking earlier will give inconclusive results. - Peel:
After 5 minutes, read the results by looking at the test strip membrane printed directly on the cup. - Read:
Follow the test reading instructions and look at the strip membranes. Pay particular attention to the C and T markings.

To read the test cup, simply follow the instructions on the page or on your cup. All test strips in the cup can be read by looking at the red lines they display.
The 15-panel drug test is a highly sensitive screening that complies with SAMHSA cutoff levels.
Positive
Only one colored band appears in the control region (C). No visible colored band appears in the test region (T).
Negative
Two colored bands appear on the membrane. One band appears in the control region (C), and another band appears in the test region (T).
Invalid
The control band fails to appear. Results from any test which has not produced a control band at the specified read time must be discarded.
