The 13 panel dip card and the urine sample must be brought to room temperature or between 36 and 76 degrees Fahrenheit.

Open the packaged test unit only when ready and follow these steps:

1. Open:
   Remove the test from the packaging when you are ready and use it as soon as possible.
2. Dip:
   Immerse the sample pad area of the dip card into the urine sample, only up to the “MAX” marking on the strips or to the edge of the card. Wait 10 to 15 seconds before removing the dip card and proceeding to the next step.
3. Wait:
   Place the device on a clean, level surface and wait 5 minutes.
4. Read:
   Follow the test reading instructions and look at the strip membranes. Pay particular attention to the C and T markings.
