Return Policy

The main goal of DRUG TESTING CUP is to offer our customers high-quality and affordable drug testing products that deliver results within minutes. We are committed to fulfilling this mission while adhering to our return procedures.

How can I return an item?

All opened drug and alcohol testing products are non-refundable due to their nature. However, products can be returned for a full refund of the item cost (excluding shipping fees).

Products can be returned if…

• the item was shipped in error by DRUG TESTING CUP,
• the item is determined to be defective after inspection by DRUG TESTING CUP.

If one of the above conditions applies for returning a product, it must be returned in new condition, with the original packaging and all included accessories. DRUG TESTING CUP will also refund shipping costs if the return is due to our error. The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt, along with a copy of the original invoice. DRUG TESTING CUP uses the carrier’s tracking reports, and international returns are not permitted. Once the returned product is received and the credit or refund is issued, a confirmation will be sent via email.

A product cannot be refunded if it has been improperly used or if the test confirmation procedures (GC/MS or LC/MS) have not been performed in the case of drug tests. In such cases, all manufacturer warranties are automatically void.
